Refund policy

At Sweet Talk Designs, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Many of our products are personalized, made to order, or specially prepared just for you. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or ordering preferences.

Please Review Before Ordering

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, color options, personalization details, and photographs before placing your order.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items that are smaller or larger than expected when dimensions were provided in the listing.
Colors that appear different than expected due to individual screen settings or personal preferences.
Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.
Changes of mind or items that are no longer needed.
Orders placed in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your Sweet Talk purchase! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error made on our part, we're happy to make it right.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and any damaged packaging.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or was personalized incorrectly due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Cancellations

Because many of our products are made or prepared to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before production or order preparation begins. Once work has started, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
